WELCOME TO H.C.C. 

Our Church family gathers in the town of Harrisburg, Oregon. Our little town is nestled on the banks of the Willamette River,  a vibrant community of 4000+ people in the "grass seed capital of the world"  (Linn County, Oregon). The town is agricultural in flavor, but we have many who commute to work in Eugene  or the Corvallis and Albany areas. We're an hour from the Pacific Ocean to the west and the foot-hills of the Cascade Mountains begin just to the east of us. Bend is about a three hour drive east over the Cascades. Portland is a two hour drive north up I-5, the California border is 3-4 hours south.

We live in a GREAT place to work, serve, raise families, live out the gospel, and enjoy God's great outdoors!

We are a family of God's people. That means we are old and young and in-between!

All of us are learning to recognize our propensity to run from God (sin), to accept God's love, grace and His pursuit of us.

We are trying to see more and more what it truly means to love and live God's way  without the confusion of trying to earn God's favor. And above all other things;  we want to share that message of HOPE in Jesus with the world!

Right here in our home...and all around the globe.

SUNDAY MORNINGS are an important part of what happens with us!​  We gather to praise the Lord, enjoy each other's company, learn from the Bible, challenge and encourage each other, pray together, sing , participate in The Lord's 

Supper, serve others, give of our resources, and CELEBRATE the goodness of God!​​ Dress is casual, folks are friendly.

   Nursery & Toddler care. Limited kids program for children age 3 thru grade 5. 

* SUNDAY MORNING ADULT BIBLE STUDIES & LIFE GROUPS - 9:00am, 10:30am

* SUNDAY MORNING MIDDLE SCHOOL GROUP 9:00am  Meeting with our youth pastor upstairs (north stairs entry) for Bible exploring

* SUNDAY MORNING HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS BIBLE STUDY led by Alisha Koons & Awbrie Koons at 9:00am in the Conference Room                          * COFFEE CAFE in the Fellowship Hall 9:45-10:25am  Your favorite Espresso, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cold beverages and even fig

   bars to snack on! All proceeds go to HCC Youth Mexico Missions.​

* LATE "MODERN" WORSHIP CELEBRATION 10:30am in ACTIVITY CENTER. A great time of praise, encouragement, and a more modern music style. Nursery & Toddler Care, "Children's Church" for age 3 thru grade 5 dismissed from service.

​ Each Sunday our lead Pastor, Clare, brings a relevant message from the Bible to help all  of us grow in our faith. ​The truth in the words of this incredible book bring the "good news" of God's unfailing love for us expressed in the coming of His One and Only Son, Jesus Christ, the Savior for all. 

 

 

2025 "WINTER" Series: "THE JESUS WAY"

What does it mean to follow Jesus?

How can you "follow" someone you can't see? What does it mean to know Him and follow Him?  

As we pursue the way of Jesus, let us not forget Jesus!

Maybe that's the key. To understand who He is better by delving into what He says, how He lived, how He died and rose again.

We've just spent some time reflecting on His coming to our world. The circumstances and meaning of His birth. "God with us"...Emmanuel.

We talked about the baby in a manger. Perhaps it's time to really look at the man who lived, the words He said, the miracles He performed and the way He healed. And maybe it would do us well to really hone in on His death and resurrection.

To follow Him requires it. Let's get started....
