2026 PROPOSED LEADERSHIP INFORMATION

 

Here are names of the folks at Harrisburg Christian Church who have agreed to be servant-leaders in some very important roles in our church family. They are not “positions” of prestige or power, but rather jobs that need to be done and people with leadership skills and spiritual maturity that can and will help us all serve the Lord better together. Our Pastoral and Elder leadership have carefully considered and prayed about each one.

Will you take time and consider each person and the role they are being asked to fill?

 

Ask these questions….

- Are you confident about their walk with the Lord, their love of the church, a maturing, passionate faith, their reputation both here in the Body of Christ - but also within their families and in their community?

- Do they demonstrate the “fruit of the Spirit” in their lives? (Galatians 5:22)

- Do they meet the specific qualifications written in the Bible for the role they will have?

                Elders: Acts 20:28, 11:29-30, I Timothy 3:2-7, 5:17, Titus 1:5-9, I Peter 5:1-4.  

                Deacons: (these are our Ministry Team Leaders) I Timothy 3:8-13, Acts 6.

Will you pray about these servant-leaders?

Will you read what scripture has to say?
