We see great value in learning to be "global Christians" 

HCC hopes members will engage in short-term mission opportunities to other cultures. If you are a member of Harrisburg Christian Church and would like to apply for support for a Short-term Mission opportunity, contact our Senior Pastor, Clare Buhler.


2009-2010 Short Term Missionaries from HCC:

KALYSSA KOONTZ- Traveled UGANDA, AFRICA, in June of 2009. Serving in orphanages there.


AARON DUNCAN - Serving with Youth With A Mission fall/winter 2009 in CHINA and then back with YWAM in January 2010 headed to serve in HAITI.
GABE BUHLER, TODD CULVER, CLARE BUHLER - Served with a delegation of Pastors & Church leaders in KENYA, AFRICA with Christian Missionary Fellowship. Jan.18-27, 2010. Engaging in Urban Poor Ministry in the slums of Nairobi, Marketplace Ministries and more!

PHIL BRISTOL - Traveling to CAMBODIA with a ministry that provides earth-friendly cooking stoves for third world countries that use little fuel, in October/November 2009.
