SPRING IS AROUND THE CORNER!
Between the showers of rain,
the sun shines.
In the midst of mud puddles,
we find beautiful reflections.
Grass is beginning to grow,
the cloudy sky is punctuated by glimmers of light.
And the freshness of new life begins to take shape!
AFTER WINTER COMES SPRING!
Hope is a wonderful thing.
In the shadows of tragedy,
a light can shine.
God's goodness can been seen in the smallest of things:
A tiny flower bud on a tree.
A chirping bird at dawn.
A newborn baby's smile.
Little pieces of life that emerge to remind us that
GOD LOVES and HE LIVES!
Come join us at HCC and experience God's love with a caring church family.
Rejoice in His Light and worship Him with us!
Learn about His love for you as we gather to study the scriptures.
Come together to be encouraged, to serve others, and grow in your faith!
Reach Up! Grow Together!
Reach Out!
WELCOME...
We are located in beautiful
HARRISBURG, OREGON!
Nestled on the banks of the Willamette River, we are a community just over 3000 people who live in the "grass seed capital of the world": Linn County, Oregon! Though agricultural in flavor, we have many folks who commute to their employment in Eugene or the Corvallis/Albany areas. So that means there are Oregon Duck and Oregon State Beaver fans in this 'berg! We are just about an hour from the Pacific Ocean beaches and the same to the Cascade Mountains. Portland Metro area is about 2 hours north on I-5, the California border is about 3-4 hours south, and Central Oregon (Bend area) about a 3 hour drive east. We live in a great place to work, serve others, raise families, live and enjoy God's great outdoors.

Quote of the Day
"Love, in the Christian sense, does not mean an emotion. It is a state not of the feelings but of the will; that state of the will which we have naturally about ourselves, and must learn to have about other people"
C.S. Lewis (Mere Christianity) |

Verse of the Day
"This is how we know
what love is:
Jesus Christ laid down His life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers."
